On foot from the City Centre - 0.9 miles (approx. 20 minutes):

From the cascade waterfall at the centre, follow Narrow Quay (the left bank of the docks) past the Arnolfini Arts Centre to the swing bridge on Wapping Road. Cross the bridge and follow the road to a mini roundabout beside the Louisiana Pub. Turn right onto Cumberland Road and follow the road alongside the New Cut of the Avon River to the traffic lights and cross over the red and white pedestrian bridge (Gaol Ferry Bridge). Cross at the traffic lights, turn right onto Coronation Road and then take the first left into Dean Lane. Take the first right into Stackpool Road, continue past Southville Primary School on your left and SoundWorks is on the right within Southville Methodist Church. Take the next right into Beauley Road and the entrance to SoundWorks is at the back of the building (overlooking the Southville Centre carpark) through the iron gate on your right and the first blue door on the right.

On foot from Temple Meads - 1.3 miles (approx. 25 minutes):

Come out of Temple Meads and turn right onto Temple Gate, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing (opposite the Holiday Inn Hotel), continuing on Temple Gate (with Holiday Inn on your left) walk straight up Temple Gate (3 lane road), onto Redcliffe Way, past the Ramada Hotel & Casino on your left. St Mary Redcliffe Church will be on your left and there will be a car park on your right. Go across the roundabout (cross the zebra crossing on the junction of Redcliffe Hill and Redcliffe Way, with the Church behind you, and turn right on the other side). Continuing on Redcliffe way but before you get on to the bridge, don’t cross over the bridge, you need to turn left just before it into a marina,follow the river around to the left until you get to the Ostrich pub, at the pub you will see a small blue pedestrian bridge on your right hand side, cross over that and turn left onto Bathhurst Parade, (you will have boats on your left and houses on your right), when you get to the road there will be another pub called the Louisiana on your right and the road straight across the roundabout is called Cumberland Road. Cross the road at the roundabout and go straight on to Cumberland Road with the river now be on your left. Walk along by the river until you reach a red and white pedestrian bridge (Gaol Ferry Bridge) on your left, cross over that bridge. Cross at the traffic lights, turn right onto Coronation Road and then take the first left into Dean Lane. Take the first right into Stackpool Road, continue past Southville Primary School on your left and SoundWorks is on the right within Southville Methodist Church. Take the next right into Beauley Road and the entrance to SoundWorks is at the back of the building (overlooking the Southville Centre carpark) through the iron gate on your right and the first blue door on the right.
